Kesarbhai jewelers History.
In 1982, our journey began with two brothers, Vijay Kesarbhai and Ashwin Kesarbhai, who shared not just a family bond but a passion for craftsmanship and jewelry. Before founding Kesarbhai Jewelers, we honed our skills while working for a renowned jewelry brand in Surat. It was here that we truly learned the art of fine jewelry design and the importance of understanding the customer’s needs. The lessons we learned during those early years would shape everything we would later achieve.
For Vijay, the world of sales was a natural fit. He loved the thrill of understanding different markets, especially Solapur, where he saw a strong demand for traditional Maharashtrian jewelry. Vijay wasn’t just selling products; he was connecting with people, learning their preferences, and crafting jewelry that resonated with the rich cultural heritage of the Peshwas and Chhatrapatis. This unique understanding of tradition became the cornerstone of our brand.
Ashwin, on the other hand, always believed in the power of skill over formal education. He was our creative force, always pushing the boundaries of design, finding beauty in traditional forms, and adapting them to the evolving tastes of customers. He had a vision of offering more than just jewelry—he wanted to create pieces that told stories of culture, history, and personal style.
For the next 12 years, we worked tirelessly, learning, growing, and building our reputation. In 2002, with our hearts full of dreams and our hands full of experience, we officially launched Kesarbhai Jewelers. It was more than just a business—it was our passion brought to life. Our first store in Solapur was small, but our ambitions were large. We focused on delivering high-quality, traditional Maharashtrian designs, and soon people started recognizing the authenticity and artistry of our jewelry.
Our hard work began paying off. We expanded slowly, and our store became a place where people not only bought jewelry but connected with their cultural roots. Over time, we introduced new collections, and seasonal promotions kept our customers excited and engaged. Each new branch we opened felt like a dream realized, and with every piece of jewelry we sold, we knew we were building something special.
In 2012, we introduced a personal touch that would set us apart—the "Designs at Home" service. We realized that customers wanted more than just convenience; they wanted a relationship. So, we began offering personalized consultations at their homes, allowing them to browse our exclusive designs in the comfort of their own space. This initiative changed the game for us, bringing us even closer to our customers and allowing us to offer custom-made jewelry that matched their unique tastes.
As our business grew, so did our dreams. In 2016, we expanded to Dehradun, opening our first store outside Maharashtra. This was a big step for us, but we were ready. We brought with us the same commitment to craftsmanship and customer service that had made us successful, and once again, our jewelry found a place in the hearts of our customers.
